How to delete your PHL Trails for UNESCO account and the data that goes with it.
How to delete it
- In the PHL Trails for UNESCO app, open Profile and tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.
- Or on this website, sign in and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account (the same account as the app).
What is deleted
Your account and everything tied to it: your profile, name and photo, saved places, trails and circuits, itineraries and their cover photos, recorded visits, XP, awards, quests and trivia history, trail progress, legal acceptances, and your leaderboard nickname.
Kept, without anything that identifies you: counts of arrival and AR events, which are recorded without a user once the account is gone. Content you did not create — sites, trails and articles — is not affected.
Deletion happens immediately when you confirm.
